Whether it takes one appointment or 100, we will seek to make you feel supported, safe, welcome and satisfied with the experience you have with us. Everything is done entirely at your pace, and your dentist will regularly stop during your checkups and treatments to make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed.

I can smile confidently today because I have received (and continue to receive) the best treatment at this clinic. The staff and practice are exceptional, professional, kind, friendly, encouraging, sensitive and understanding. I live in Acton so the clinic is local to where I live. I often make personal recommendations in conversations to others who are needing or wanting a dental practice or needing dental treatment. Dr. Steve is an excellent dentist. He is very knowledgable, kind and considerate. He guided me through the whole process, recommended care and provided me with options. He stopped to make sure I was Okay, even though this was a difficult tooth to extract. I can’t emphasise enough how I recommend this dentist for his exceptional care and expertise.

Dr Patel is an excellent dentist with a pleasant and friendly manner. He is very knowledgeable, but down to earth (not condescending or intimidating like some dentists). Takes the time to explain things properly & offers honest advice. Not profit driven & puts the needs of the patient first.The staff are very friendly, helpfull and nice especially Debbie.We have been with Dr Patel for many years now & couldn’t imagine going to another dentist - simply because we know another dentist wouldn’t be as good.

I have been coming to see Dr Lim and his wife since I was 12 years old I am 46 years old now so that speaks for itself . I was introduced to him by my grandad who passed 20 years ago. It's been almost two years since I met this lim dental office and I'm very happy to register in this office and get to know Dr. Patel who is very skilled, kind and patient with patients like me. I started to use Lim Dental practice last year, and I have to say, they are fantastic!Dr Patel is very accommodating, and managed to squeeze me in when I had terrible toothache. The treatment went well, and the overall experience was surprisingly pain free…would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.Like a lot of people, I’m often nervous to go to a dentist, however I was made to feel at ease from start to finish. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as is the dental nurse. I also was attended to by the hygienist, who gave me excellent care and treatment. A great overall experience, hence the five stars!!
